DIY notice

1. Please read carefully all the description before taking orders, the battery is suitable for DIY lovers with experience, people who are not familiar with the safe use of lithium battery knowledge, please go to our shop to buy the finished product.

2. DIY battery pack must get the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly.
And we don't accept refund for buyers who don’t know how to assembled or unbalanced assembly.

3. Please use the correct BMS during assembly. We don't accept refund for the problem caused during assembly process or after the assembly. Such as not use the BMS, the BMS connected to the wrong wire lead to battery damage, charger failure, the assembly error or unbalanced assembly, etc. assurance.

 

Warranty

The warranty period is 5 years.
We only replace new cell for free due to the failure of manufacturing.

Before the shipment, we will detected the cell voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues. we can only ensure that single cell is good before the shipment.
When arrival you can test the cells within 1 week, if you found problems please contact us for refund or replace. Any return behavior buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1. Not responsible for accidents caused by not operating in accordance with the specification.
2. Not responsible for the accidents cause by abuse, neglect, improper use, transportation, unauthorized modification or tampering, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear,disposal in fire, freezing, theft, accidental damage, storage, or other forms of physical damage.
3. Not cover damage to the product caused by accidental submerging of the battery in any body of water (rain, lake, stream, pond, ocean)
4. Not using the correct charger, overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, reverse the positive and negative poles of the battery.
5. Assembly process or after the assembly happen any problem, such as not use the BMS, the BMS connected to the wrong wire lead to battery damage, charger failure, the assembly error or unbalanced assembly, etc.

Attention

Never throw the battery into water, keep it under dry, shady and cool circumstance when not use.

Never keep the battery beside high temperature source examples: fire, heating machine and etc.

Never throw the battery into fire or heating machine.

Never connect the positive and negative of battery with metal.

Never ship or store the battery together with metal

Never knock, throw or trample the battery.
